Spring 2023 Application for Change of Major

1. 신청 대상
- 2023-1학기 현재 2번째 학기 재학 중인 자 (한 학기를 마친 자)
2. 유의사항
- 본인의 입학 당시 개설되었던 소속 학과 내의 모집 전공 안에서만 변경이 가능
3. 신청 방법
1) 학사정보시스템에서 신청 : 2023년 3월 2일(목) ~ 2023년 3월 9(목) 오후 5시
- 정상적으로 신청이 완료된 경우 승인구분이 ‘접수前’으로 표시됩니다.
- 최종 승인여부는 월말에 학사정보시스템에서 확인하시기 바랍니다.
① 학사정보시스템 접속 → https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/ ② 아이디(본인 학번) 및 비밀번호 입력 후 로그인 ③ 좌측 측면의 [메뉴보기] 클릭 ④ [학적변동관리] 클릭 ⑤ [학적변동신청] 클릭 ⑥ ‘본인연락처’ 및 ‘보호자(보증인)연락처’ 확인 ⑦ [저장/NEXT] 버튼 클릭 ⑧ [처리내역]의 [새로작성] 버튼 클릭 ⑨ [신청구분]의 ‘전과/전공변경(대학원)’ 선택 ⑩ [저장(신청)] 버튼 클릭 ⑪ 완료 ⑫ 학사정보시스템 신청 후 아래 서류 제출 |
2) 대학원 교학과로 아래 서류 제출 : 2023년 3월 2일(목) ~ 2023년 3월 9(목) 오후 5시
① 학점인정신청서 ② 전공변경신청서 ③ 성적증명서 - 성적증명서는 인터넷 증명 발급 센터(바로가기) 또는 학생회관 지하 무인발급기에서 발급 가능 |
4. 관련 학칙
학칙 제26조(전공의 변경) ① 전과(전공변경포함)를 허가하는 시기는 입학 후 1개 학기 경과 후 2학기 생에 한하여 매 학기초 30일 이내에 허가할 수 있으며, 취득한 학점은 새로운 전공의 교육과정에 상응하는 과목에 한하여 학과장(주임교수)의 제청을 거쳐 해당 소속 대학원장이 승인한다.

- Enrolled students who are currently in their 2nd semester.
2. Please Note
- You can only apply for change to a different major in your department.
3. How to Apply
1) Online via Portal System : March 2, 2023 (Thu) ~ March 9, 2023 (Thu) 5PM
- If the application status is shown as "접수前“, your application is complete.
- You can check the application result at the end of March in the Academic Information System.
① Access the Academic Information System → http://portal.sejong.ac.kr ② Login using your student ID no. and password. ③ Click “View Menu” on the left ④ Click “Register Change and (Other) Major-related” ⑤ Click “School Register Change Application” ⑥ Check your contact info and make sure it's correct. You will be contacted via the phone number shown on the page if any further instructions are necessary. Therefore, you need to change it to a number that you are actually using. ⑦ If all the information is correct, click "NEXT" ⑧ In the “Details” section, click “New” ⑨ For the “Application Type”, select "전과/전공변경(대학원)" ⑩ Click “Save” ⑪ Your online application is complete. ⑫ Submit the forms below to the graduate school office. |
