2023-1학기 수강과목 철회 안내(Notice of Withdrawal of Courses)
2023-1학기 일반대학원 수강철회 신청을 아래와 같이 안내하오니, 2023-1학기 수강신청 과목 중 부득이한 사유로 계속 수강할 수 없는 경우는 다음의 안내에 따라 지정된 기간에 철회하시기 바랍니다.
1. 수강과목 철회 기간 : 2023.03.24(금) ~ 2023.03.28(화)
※ 학사정보시스템에서 신청(학사정보시스템 → 수업/성적 → 강좌조회 및 수강신청 → 수강철회신청)
2. 신청시 유의사항
가. 수강과목 철회 후 다른 과목으로 대체 수강신청 할 수 없으며, 잔여학점이 최소 3학점 이상 남아 있어야 합니다.
나. 철회한 과목은 성적평가에서 제외되며, 성적표 상에는 “W”(Withdraw)로 기재됩니다. 철회한 교과목을 재수강하더라도 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다.
다. 03.28(화)이후 대학원 교학과에서 철회 신청한 과목에 대해서 일괄 처리 진행
라. 철회한 과목은 취소가 불가합니다.
마. 대학원에는 취득성적 포기 절차가 없습니다.. 철회 최종 시한 이후에는 수강신청 철회가 되지 않으므로 반드시 기간 내에 신청해야 합니다.
바. 별도로 서류 제출은 없습니다.
사. 수강을 철회한 교과목에 대한 등록금은 반환되지 않습니다.

If you are unable to continue taking courses for unavoidable reasons during the course registration for the 2023-1 semester, please follow the instructions below to withdraw within the designated period.
1. Withdrawal Period for courses: : March 24(Fri) ~ March 28(Tue)
※ Apply through the academic information system(academic information system→Class/Grade→ Course inquiry and course registration→ Application for withdrawal of course)
※ The Graduate School does not have the renouncement procedure on acquired credits. After the deadline of withdrawal, the application cannot be withdrawn. Therefore, please apply within the time limit.
※ Tuition fees will not be refunded even if you withdraw from a course.
