Spring 2022 Graduate School Freshman Orientation
[ 한국어 ]
2022학년도 전기 신입생 오리엔테이션이 진행되오니 신입생 여러분은 반드시 참여해주시기 바랍니다. 일시 및 참여 방법을 아래와 같이 안내드리며 오리엔테이션은 온라인(웹엑스)으로 진행될 예정입니다. 오리엔테이션 내용에 관한 궁금한 사항은 Q&A 게시판에 등록해주시기 바랍니다.
1. 일시 : 2022년 2월 28일(월) 오후 2시 (한국어) / 오후 4시 (영어)
- 시작 시간 10분 전까지 접속 요망
- 한국어/영어 오리엔테이션의 내용은 동일하니 편한 언어로 선택하여 참여
- 약 1시간 진행 예정
2. 웹엑스 미팅 참여 방법
- PC 또는 스마트폰을 통해 참여 (회원가입 없이 참여 가능)

1) PC 사용 시 (크롬 브라우저 사용 권장)
① “미팅 링크” 주소 클릭
② 웹엑스 프로그램이 자동 다운로드 되면 PC에 설치
③ “미팅 참여” 창이 뜨면 아래 규칙에 따라 이름 입력 후 “손님으로 참여” 클릭
- 이름 : 줄임학과명_이름 (정확한 학과별 이름 규칙은 첨부파일 참조) (ex. 호텔관광_홍길동)
- 이메일 : 입학 원서에 기재한 이메일 주소
④ 마이크는 "음소거", 카메라는 "비디오 시작“ 설정
⑤ “미팅 참여” 클릭

① Cisco Webex Meetings 앱 다운로드

② “미팅 참여” 클릭
③ “미팅 링크“ 붙여넣기
③ 아래 규칙에 따라 이름 입력 후 “참여” 클릭
- 이름 : 줄임학과명_이름 (학과별 이름 규칙은 첨부파일 참조) (ex. 호텔관광_홍길동)
- 이메일 : 입학 원서에 기재한 이메일 주소
④ 마이크는 "음소거", 카메라는 "비디오 시작“ 설정
⑤ “미팅 참여” 클릭
3. 질문자 참여 이벤트 안내
1) 구글폼 제출
- 구글폼 제출 기한 : ~2022.02.27.(일) 24시

2) 유의사항
- 이벤트 참여 대상 : 2022학년도 전기 신입생
- 참여 방법 : 구글폼 제출 후 OT 당일 Q&A 순서에 직접 질문
- 발언권 요청 방법 : 웹엑스 채팅창에 본인의 이름 또는 학번을 적기
4. 유의사항
- 시작 시간 10분 전까지 접속 요망
- 미팅 참여 시 마이크는 “음소거”로 설정
- 카메라는 "비디오 시작“으로 설정
- OT 내용에 관한 궁금한 사항은 Q&A 게시판에 등록
Spring 2022 Graduate School Freshman Orientation
[ ENGLISH ]
The graduate school orientation for Spring 2022 freshman students will be held as follows. Freshman students are required to participate. The orientation will be held online via Webex. If you have any questions during the orientation, let us know on the Q&A board.
1. Date & Time : February 21, 2022, 2PM (Korean) / 4PM (English)
- Please join the meeting 10 minutes prior to the starting time.
- The contents of the Korean/English session are the same, so choose a language you are more comfortable with and participate at that time.
- The orientation will last for approximately 1 hour.
2. How to Join the Webex Meeting
- You can join the meeting using a PC or smartphone (no registration necessary)

1) On your PC (Chrome browser recommended)
① Click the "Meeting Link" address
② The Webex desktop application will start downloading automatically. Install the application on your computer.
③ When you see the "Join Meeting" screen, enter your name/e-mail address and click "Join as Guest". Make sure to follow the naming rule below.
- Name : Department(Short)_Full Name (Refer to the attached file for the exact naming rules for each department) (ex. Hotel_John Doe)
- E-mail : The e-mail address on your admission application
④ Set your microphone to "Mute" and your camera to "Start video"
⑤ Click "Join Meeting"
2) On your Smartphone
① Download the "Cisco Webex Meetings" App

② Click "Join Meeting"
③ Copy and Paste the “Meeting Link“
③ Enter your name/e-mail address and click "Join". Make sure to follow the naming rule below.

④ Set your microphone to "Mute" and your camera to "Start video"

3. Q&A Participation Prize Event
1) Submit the Google Form
- Application Deadline : ~ February 27, 2022 (Sun) 24:00

2) Please Note
- Only Spring 2022 graduate school freshman may participate in the prize event
- Instructions : Submit the Google Form and present your question during the Q&A section of the orientation.
- In order to ask for the presenter role, please write your name or student ID no. in the chat panel.
4. Please Note
- Please join the meeting 10 minutes prior to the starting time.
- When joining the meeting make sure to set your microphone to "Mute".
- Make sure the camera is set to "Start Video".
- If you have any questions during the orientation, let us know on the Q&A board.
