2022-1학기 조기졸업 신청 안내/Notification on Application for Spring 2022 Early Graduation
조기졸업을 희망하는 대학원생은 다음 사항을 참조하여 신청하시기 바랍니다.
1. 신청 기간 : 2022. 3. 2(수) ~ 3. 31(목) (기간준수)
2. 신청 자격
가. 석사과정 : 2학기 이상 등록하고 각 과정의 소요 학점을 모두 취득하여 전체 평점평균 4.3이상 인 자로서 지도교수 및 학과장(주임교수)의 추천을 거쳐 대학원장의 승인을 받은 자는 1개 학기 또는 1년(2개 학기)의 수업연한을 단축할 수 있다. 단, 학위청구논문 심사에 불합격한 경우 수업 연한을 단축할 수 없다. 단기과정은 전체평점평균 3.0이상인 경우 수업연한 단축할 수 있다.
나. 박사과정 : 3학기 이상 등록하고 각 과정의 소요 학점을 모두 취득하였으며, 전체 평점평균 4.3 이상인 자로서 지도교수 및 학과장(주임교수)의 추천을 거쳐 대학원장의 승인을 받은 자는 1개 학기의 수업연한을 단축할 수 있다. 단, 학위청구논문 심사에 불합격한 경우 수업연한을 단축 할 수 없다
다. 석․박사통합과정: 6학기 이상 등록하고 석․박사통합과정의 소요 학점을 모두 취득하였으며, 전체 평점평균 4.3 이상인 자로서 지도교수 및 학과장(주임교수)의 추천을 거쳐 대학원장의 승인을 받은 자는 2개 학기의 수업연한을 단축할 수 있다.
* 편입학자는 조기졸업을 신청할 수 없음.
3. 신청방법 : 붙임의 조기졸업 추천서 작성 후 대학원 교학과(광개토관 905)로 제출

Please refer to the following information on early graduation and apply for it accordingly.
1. Application Period: March 2, 2022 ~ March 31, 2022(punctuality is required)
※ Students can apply on-line from 10AM each day during the period of course registration.
2. Qualification
A. Master’s program
- Students who entered master’s program, registered for 2 semesters or more
and earned all graduation credits, and have cumulative GPA of 4.3 or higher
may graduate 1 semester or 1 year (2 semesters) early through advisor’s and
Dean of Department’s recommendation and Principal’s approval. However, if
the grade at the end of 2nd or 3rd semester doesn’t satisfy early graduation
criteria or student does not pass thesis deliberation, student must register the
next semester full-time
B. Doctoral program
- Students who entered doctoral program, registered for 3 semesters or more and
earned all graduation credits, and have cumulative GPA of 4.3 or higher may
graduate 1 semester early through advisor’s and Dean of Department’s recommendation and Principal’s approval. However, if the grade at the end of 3rd
semester doesn’t satisfy early graduation criteria or student does not pass dissertation deliberation, student must register the next semester full-time.
C. Combined master’s-doctoral program
- Students who entered combined master’s-doctoral program, registered for 6
semesters or more and earned all graduation credits, and have cumulative GPA of
4.3 or higher may graduate up to 2 semesters early through advisor’s and Dean
of Department’s recommendation and Principal’s approval. However, if the grade
at the end of 6th semester doesn’t satisfy early graduation criteria or student
does not pass dissertation deliberation, student must register the 7th semester
full-time.
3. How to apply
After completing the attached early graduation recommendation, submit it to the Graduate School Education Department (Gwanggaeto Gwan 905)
* Any transferred student is not allowed to apply for early graduation.
