2024학년도 전기 석박사통합과정 진입생(과정변경) 모집

1. 관련 규정 : 학칙시행세칙 제11조(편입학) 제3항
본교 일반대학원 석사학위과정 2학기 또는 3학기에 재학 중인 학생은 동일학과 동일전공에 한하여 2학기 재학생은 석·박사통합과정
3학기에, 3학기 재학생은 석·박사통합과정 4학기에 지원할 수 있다. [4학기 이상 재학생 지원 불가]
단, 인공지능융합학과의 경우 설치 전공과 관련된 학과의 석사학위과정 재학생도 지원가능하며, 선발될 경우 전과와 동시에 과정을
변경한다.
2. 모집학과 및 인원
가. 모집학과
- 석박사통합과정이 개설된 학과
나. 모집대상 및 모집인원
(1) 모집대상 : 석박사통합과정 3학기 및 4학기
(2) 모집인원
⦁ 정원외 선발인원 : 인원제한 없음 (정원외 석사과정 입학생)
⦁ 정원내 선발인원
- 석박통 3학기 진입자 (‘23학년도 정원) : 일반학과 O명, 첨단분야학과* O명
- 석박통 4학기 진입자 (’22학년도 정원) : 일반학과 O명
※ 각 학년도별 편입학 및 재입학을 우선 충원한 후 잔여 여석 범위내에서 선발함.
※ 첨단분야학과*(나노신소재공학과, 인공지능융합학과)는 별도 정원을 이용한 우선 선발과 장학금 지급 가능함.
단, 인공지능융합학과의 경우 이번 모집에서는 석박통 3학기 진입자만 선발
※ 인공지능융합학과의 경우 설치 전공 관련 학과인 「컴퓨터공학과」, 「소프트웨어학과」, 「정보보호학과」, 「지능기전공학과」,
「인공지능학과」, 「호텔관광조리외식경영학과」의 석사과정 재학생도 지원 가능 (선발시 진입과 동시에 전과)
3. 지원 자격
- 3학기 지원자 : 본교 일반대학원 2학기 재학생으로서 12학점 이상 취득(예정)자
- 4학기 지원자 : 본교 일반대학원 3학기 재학생으로서 18학점 이상 취득(예정)자
(단, 3, 4학기 지원자의 선수과목 등 수료 학점에 포함되지 않는 과목은 취득 학점 에서 제외함)
- 동일학과 동일전공에 한하여 지원 가능 (단, 인공지능융합학과는 예외)
4. 학점 인정
- 학칙시행세칙 제39조(편입학자의 학점인정) 규정에 의하여 학과장의 요청에 따라 학점을 인정
5. 제출서류
- 석박통합과정진입지원서 1부
- 연구계획서 1부
- 학점인정신청서 1부 (2023-2학기 성적 포함)
- 대학원 성적증명서 1부. (2023-2학기 성적없이 제출, 단, ‘학점인정신청서’는 당학기 성적 포함 작성)
※ 이번 학기 성적은 학사정보시스템에서 조회(성적열람기간)해서 사용하거나 대학원교학과를 통해 성적 열람 후 작성할 것.

※ 당학기 성적은 향후 최종 확정된 성적과 대조하여 이상 여부 확인 예정.
6. 전형 및 선발방법
가. 전형절차 : 정원외 - 서류전형 (면접없음)
정원내 - 서류전형 및 면접전형 (정원이 부족한 경우)
※ 학과 주관 서류전형/면접전형 없음
나. 선발방법
- 정원외 : 제출서류에 결격사유가 없는 경우 합격
- 정원내 : 별도 전형위원회에서 실시한 서류/면접심사 결과 총점순으로 정원여석내 선발
(단, 정원여석보다 지원자수가 적거나 같은 경우 서류전형만 실시)
7. 원서접수
- 기 간 : 2023년 12월 26일(화) ~ 2024년 01월 02일(화) 17:00
- 접수처 : 대학원 교학과(광개토관 905호)
8. 전형일 :
- 정원외 : 별도 전형일 없음 (서류전형)
- 정원내 : 2024년 1월 하순 면접 (면접전형 있는 경우, 지원자 개별 안내)
9. 합격자발표 : 2024년 02월 02일(금)까지 홈페이지 발표예정
10. 유의사항
- 신청서류 작성은 한글 워드프로세서로 작성 요망 (한컴오피스 등 이용)
- 합격 후 석박사통합과정으로 진입한 학생은 석사과정에서 취득한 종합시험은 인정하지 않음.
- 기타 자세한 사항은 대학원 교학과(내선 4187, 4189)로 문의 바람.
[ ENGLISH ]
1. University Regulation : clause 3 of article 11(qualification for transfer application), Rules for Operation of the University Constitution
- Students who are enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd semester of the master’s degree program may apply for the combined master’s-ph.d program of the same department and major. Students in their 2nd semester may apply for the 3rd semester of the combined program and 3rd semester students may apply for the 4th semester of the combined master’s-doctoral program.
[Students who are in their 4th semester or above cannot apply.]
2. Recruiting Departments and no. of Students Recruiting
A. Available Departments for Application
- Departments that have a combined master’s-doctoral program
B. Applicant Eligibility and Number of Students Recruiting
(1) Applicant Eligibility : master’s students who wish to be enrolled in the third or fourth semester in the combined master’s-doctoral program
(2) Number of Students Recruiting : unlimited (within the quota for the corresponding year)
3. Applicant Requirements
- applicant for the third semester : graduate students in the Graduate School of Sejong University who have completed(or expected to complete) two semesters and acquired(or expected to acquire) at least 12 credit hours
- applicant for the fourth semester : graduate students in the Graduate School of Sejong University who have completed(or expected to complete) three semesters and acquired(or expected to acquire) at least 18 credit hours
(However, courses that are not counted as the credit completion for coursework such as prerequisites are excluded from the credit acquired)
- Applicable only for the students in the same department and the same major
4. Credit Acknowledgement
- According to the article 39(credit acknowledgement for transfer students) of Rules for Operation in the University Constitution, credits will be acknowledged based on the request by Head of Department
5. Required Documents
- Application form for Entry into Combined Master’s-Doctoral Program
- A form for Research Plan
- Application for credit acknowledgement (Grades for Fall 2023 must be included)
- A copy of transcript for graduate school (At the time of application, the transcript will not include the grades for Fall 2023, and this is fine. However, you must include your grades for Fall 2023 in the ‘Application for credit acknowledgement’ form)
※ Please make sure to type in the above forms (not by hand)
※ Students can check the grades for the current semester during the "grade notification and correction period" (refer to Academic Calendar for dates) via the Academic Information System or ask the graduate school office for assistance. (For assistance, please contact the graduate school office at 02-3408-4188 or grad@sejong.ac.kr)
※ The grades submitted for the current semester will be verified with the finalized grades to check for any inconsistencies.
6. Screening and Selection Method

- Unless there are any reasons for disqualification with the documents students are accepted.

9. Important Instructions
- For those who enter combined master’s-doctoral degree program, their comprehensive exam is not acknowledged (retake of the exam is mandatory)
- For further details, please contact the Office of the Graduate School at extension number 4188
