Abandonment of Combined Master's-Doctoral Program

2023-2학기 석·박사통합과정 포기 신청을 아래와 같이 접수하오니 반드시 지정된 기간 내에 신청하시기 바랍니다.
1. 신청 대상
- 석·박사통합과정을 포기하고 석사학위과정을 이수하고자 하는 자
※동일 학과 및 전공에 석사과정이 개설된 경우에 한하여 동일 학과 및 전공으로만 과정 포기 허용
2. 학사정보시스템 신청 기간 : 2024.01.02.(화) ~ 01.05.(금) 오후 4시
가. 세종대학교 홈페이지 [학사정보] 클릭 → https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/
나. 본인의 ‘학번’ 및 ‘비밀번호’ 입력 후 로그인
다. 좌측 측면의 [메뉴보기] 클릭
라. [학적변동관리] 클릭
마. [학적변동신청] 클릭
바. ‘본인연락처’ 및 ‘보호자(보증인)연락처’ 확인
사. [저장/NEXT] 버튼 클릭
아. [처리내역]의 [새로작성] 버튼 클릭
자. [신청구분]의 “과정포기” 선택
차. [저장(신청)] 버튼 클릭 (온라인 신청 완료)
카. 첨부파일(석박사통합과정 포기원서)를 작성 후 교학과 제출
* 정상적으로 신청이 완료된 경우 승인구분이 ‘접수前’으로 표시됩니다.
3. 서류 제출
- 온라인 신청 후 첨부된 “석박사통합과정 포기 원서”를 작성하여 2024.01.05.(금) 오후 4시까지 대학원 교학과로 제출

Abandonment of Combined Master's-Doctoral Program
[ ENGLISH ]
We are accepting submissions for the abandonment of combined Master's-Doctoral program. Please make sure to submit your form before the deadline.
1. Applies to
- Students who wish to change their program to the Master's program.
※ Students can only change to the Master’s program of the same department and major provided that the department and major offers a Master’s program.
2. Application Period : Jan. 2, 2024 (Tue) ~ Jan. 5, 2024 (Fri) 4PM
a. Access the Academic Information System. → https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/
b. Login using your Student ID no. and password.
c. If your menu is hidden, click "Show Menu" on the left.
d. From the menu, click "Register Change and (Other) Major-related".
e. Click "School Register Change Application".
f. Check your contact information.
g. If it's correct, click "NEXT".
h. In the "Process Result" section, click "New".
i. For "Application Type", select "과정포기".
j. Click "Save" (Your online application is complete.)
k. Fill out the attached abandonment form and submit it to the Graduate School Office.
* If your "Approval Status" in the Academic Information System is "접수前", it means your online application was successful.
3. Form Submission
- After applying online, fill out the abandonment form, and submit it to the Graduate School Office by 4PM Friday, Jan. 5.
