제82회 전기 학위수여식 안내(82st Commencement (Graduation Ceremony)
학위수여를 진심으로 축하드리며 여러분의 앞날에 행운이 깃들기를 기원합니다.
아울러 제82회 전기 학위수여식이 다음과 같이 거행됨을 알려드리오니, 학위수여 예정자는 참석하여 행사를 빛내주시기 바랍니다.

1. 학위수여식 일시 및 장소
가. 일시 : 2024. 02. 16(금), 11:00
나. 장소 : 대양홀(본 대학교 대강당)
2. 학위수여식 참석대상 : 2024년 2월 졸업예정자 및 가족
3. 학위가운 대여 장소 및 일시
가. 석사학위 가운대여
1) 대여기간 : 02.13(화) ~ 02.16(금)
* 대여시간 : 10:00 ~ 16:00(12:00~13:00, 점심시간)
2) 반납일 : 02.16(금) 15:00
3) 대여 및 반납장소 : 광개토관 9층 901호
4) 제출서류 : 석사학위 가운 대여 신청서(붙임양식), 본인 신분증 지참
* 가운은 세탁이 되어 있지 않으므로 학위수여식 전에 대여, 세탁하여 준비하시기 바랍니다.
나. 박사학위 가운 : 지정된 가운(붙임참조)를 개인적으로 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다.
* 제작 및 대여 업체(본교 학위가운 제작업체) : 성의사(02-754-7650)
4. 학위증서 및 케이스 배부 : 02.16(금)부터 해당학과 사무실

* 졸업 후 6개월 이내 수령 요망, 분실 시 재발행 불가
5. 유의사항
가. 학위수여식 참석자는 행사당일 식 시작 30분전까지 입장을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다. 경건한 졸업식 진행을 위해 식 시작 이후에는 입실이 불가하오니 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
나. 학위수여예정자는 대양홀 1층 대학원 표지판이 있는 좌석에, 학부모님은 별도로 마련된 2층 학부모석에 앉아 주시기 바랍니다.
다. 졸업식 중에는 개별 기념촬영을 할 수 없으니 양해 바랍니다.
라. 졸업식 중에는 퇴장이 불가합니다. 졸업식이 끝날 때까지 자리를 지켜서 동료에 대한 존중의 뜻을 표해주시기 바랍니다.
마. 도서를 대출하여 반납하지 못한 원생은 학위증을 수령할 수 없으므로, 대출 도서를 반납 후 본인 소속 학과에서 학위증을 수령하시기 바랍니다.

82st Commencement (Graduation Ceremony)
Congratulations on becoming a degree recipient.
Please note that the 82st Commencement (Graduation Ceremony) will be held as follows.
1. Date and place of graduation ceremony
A. Date : February 16 (Fri) 11:00
B. Place : Daeyang Hall
※ It is mandatory to wear a mask when entering the venue
2. Notice for gown rental : only the Master’s gown is available for rental. Doctor’s gown should be prepared individually.
A. Rental Period : February 13 (Tue) ~ February 16 (Fri)
Rental hours: 10:00 - 16:00 (12:00 - 13:00, lunch break)
Return Date : Before 15:00 on February 16 (Fri)
b. Where to return : #901 of Gwanggaeto Building, the Office of Graduate School.
c. Document to submit : Rental Application for Master’s Gown(Attachment)
* Please note that the gowns are not laundered, so please rent and wash them before the ceremony.
* If you are expected to receive a doctoral degree, please personally prepare a designated gown (see the attached photo).

3. Diploma and case distribution: from 02.16 (Fri) to the department office
4. Miscellaneous
A. Students who borrowed and did not return the books from university library will not be able to receive their degrees, so please return your borrowed books and receive your diploma from your department.
B. Attendees of the degree conferment ceremony are requested to complete their admission at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony on the day of the event.
C. Students who are expected to receive a degree should sit on the 1st floor of the Daeyang Hall with the graduate school sign, and parents, please sit in the separate 2nd floor parent's seat.
D. Please note that individual commemorative photos cannot be taken during the graduation ceremony.
