2024-1학기 논문지도교수 신청 | 论文指导教授 申请指南 | Thesis advisor application
1. 신청 기간 : 2024년 3월 11일(월) ~ 3월 15일(금)
- 재학 중 1회만 신청하면 됩니다. 같은 교수를 재신청하지 마십시오. 반드시 첫 학기에 신청하지 않아도 됩니다.
- 미등록자(수업료/연구등록비 미납부자)의 신청은 승인되지 않습니다.
※ 논문지도교수가 배정되어 있지 않거나, 학생이 알고 있는 지도교수가 아닐 경우 학과 조교실에 문의 바랍니다.
※ 다만, 학과마다 논문지도교수 배정 시기가 다르므로 신입생 미배정 학과의 경우 차후 학기에 신청하면 됩니다.
2. 신청 절차
1) 학과 : 개인별 논문지도교수 배정
① 학생들이 논문지도교수를 신청하기 위한 사전 절차
② 학과에서 학생별 논문지도교수를 학과 학사정보시스템에 입력
③ 확정 배정이 아니며 학생이 학과에 의사를 전달하여 정정할 수 있습니다.
2) 학생 : 논문지도교수 신청
① 공식적으로 학생 본인이 논문지도교수를 확정해 달라고 제청하는 절차
② 학생 각자 학사정보시스템 로그인 후 신청 : 학사정보시스템 > 자격시험관리 > 논문지도교수신청 클릭
(1) '신청 및 접수(취소)내역' 지도교수 이름 확인 후 본인의 지도교수가 맞으면 [저장(신청)] 버튼 클릭
(2) 신청 완료 : 접수구분(일자) 【접수前】 생성
(3) 위촉 승인 : 접수구분(일자) 【승인】 생성, 3월 19일(화)부터 확인 가능
3. 논문지도교수 변경
1) 원칙적으로 확정된 지도교수는 변경할 수 없습니다. 단, 부득이한 사유로 변경하고자 하는 경우 지도교수변경신청서를 대학원교학과(광개토관 905호)로 제출 바랍니다. 반드시 변경 전/변경 후 지도교수와 학과장의 서명을 받아 제출해야 합니다.(도장 불가)
2) 대학원장 승인 후 대학원교학과에서 변경 절차를 진행합니다. 학생/학과가 변경할 수 없습니다.

※ 如果未分配指导教授，或是分配的指导教授并非为学生所知的教授，请联系各自专业学科助教室。
※ 但是由于每个专业的论文指导教授分配时间不同，因此新生若未被分配指导教授可以在之后的学期内进行申请。
2) 学生：申请论文指导教授
1) 原则上已经确定的指导教授是无法进行更改的，但是如果因不得已的原因想要进行变更，请将指导教授变更申请书(지도교수변경신청서)提交至一般大学院教学科(广开土馆905室).
2) 在得到大学院院长批准后，大学院教学科会进行变更，学生/学科都不可进行变更。

Thesis/Dissertation Advisor Application
1. Application Period : March 11(Mon) ~ March 15(Fri), 2024
- Apply ONLY ONCE while in school. Pre-applicants do not have to apply again.
- Applications from unregistered students(non-payment of tuition/research registration fees) are not approved.
※ If an advisor is not assigned or not your advisor name, please contact your department.
※ However, each department has a different timing of assignment, so, for departments that are not assigned to freshmen, you can apply next semester.
2. Application Process
1) Department : Allocation of advisors by students
① Preliminary procedures for students to apply for thesis advisors.
② Enter thesis advisors for each student in the department's academic information system.
③ It is not a final assignment, and the students can deliver their opinions to the department.
2) Students : Application for an advisor
① The procedure for officially requesting the student to confirm the thesis advisor
② Log in to the student's academic information system > Qualifying Examination > Click 'Application for Dissertation Advisor'
(1) Check the name of the advisor in 'Application Details' and click the [Save(Request)] button if your advisor is correct.
(2) Application completed : 신청및접수(취소)내역 Submission Type(Date) creates as 【접수前】
(3) Approval : 신청및접수(취소)내역 Submission Type(Date) change to 【승인】 from March 19(Tue)
3. Changing the Advisor
1) In principle, the confirmed advisor cannot be changed. However, if there is an unavoidable reason, please submit an application for change of advisor to the Graduate School(Gwanggaetogwan 905).
2) After the graduate school dean's approval, we will proceed with the change process. the student/department cannot change it.
